It depends on how many attendees you are expecting, the room through the looking glass holds 150, so if your guests are fewer than 150 we would only recommend the Room through the Looking Glass. If your guests exceed 225 we would recommend both rooms. Unless you have requirements that take up lots of floor space such as cassino tables, bands, performers, photo booths etc. If you are planning a rather large production then its best to book the whole venue.

Looking Glass has a long list of Dj’s, performers, bands, drag acts and artists, simply tell us what type of entertainment you have in mind and we will hook you up with the right artists.

You certainly can, Looking glass prides itself on making your event feel personal and special. We will invite you and a few colleagues in to meet with our chief mixtress and either she or one of her team will take you through the process of designing your own menu. Your menu will have the flavours, names and feel that you desire.

Looking Glass every year has a tasteful but small amount of decoration for the festive season.

However for private events clients can decorate the room themselves or have an external decorator do this for them. This is so that the decoration for the night is right on point for your event.
